Azalea Park Elementary is a Title I school, meaning it receives federal funding to help ensure all students have access to a high-quality education. These Title I funds support a variety of programs and services designed to improve student achievement, including additional academic programs and staff, after-school tutoring, highly qualified teachers, professional development, parent engagement activities, research-based materials, support for families in transition, and full-day Pre-K. The goal of Title I is to level the playing field and provide extra support to students in high-needs schools.
Our school improvement plan is a roadmap that outlines the steps we're taking to ensure all students achieve their full potential. This plan is based on data and developed in collaboration with parents, teachers, and staff. It focuses on key areas like reading, math, and creating a supportive learning environment.
We believe that by working together, we can help every child at Azalea Park Elementary thrive.
